Your satisfaction is our primary goal. You may return any item shipped by Discount Medical Equipment Company for full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item should be in new condition with original packaging. We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items. Items returned in new condition with original packaging more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee regardless of reason for return. If you open or use the product then we cannot take the product back for credit. You should contact the product manufacturer directly.

Please report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery of your order by calling us at 1-877-538-0972 or by e-mailing us at service@discountmec.com.

To return items that you don’t want or items that you ordered incorrectly, simply reseal the original shipping box if possible, You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Please note: If your return is not the result of our error, you are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will send you a return label.

There are NO RETURNS of clearance items, manufacturer discontinued items or items that no longer appear on our website.
